Dear Doctors & Friends,

At the  Adjusting the Mind Seminars, I’ve been encouraging you all toteach your patients a few simple meditation techniques. This will automatically brand you as “more than a chiropractor or acupuncturist.” I’m not saying this to you because I think we need to be “more” than what we already are – leaders of the healthcare industry.

I say this because our patients often pigeon hole us as specialists, the same way they do when they think of their medical doctors. In order to be positively perceived by our patients as practitioners providing more service to them, meditation/relaxation techniques are the perfect solution.

Common Knowledge

Meditation is no longer considered a fringe therapy by the public or the medical community. More than ever, our patients are looking for non-medical cures to their health problems.

When I teach my patients the RIGHT Now Meditation, I tell them that they don’t have to get sick from the negative effects of stress. I explain that if they know how to relax their hyper-active minds in a few seconds, their brains will not secrete the hormones (cortisol, adrenaline, etc.) that makes their joints become arthritic, their muscles more painful or their organs mal-function.

I share this article with my patients when I want to give them a quick over-view about the effectiveness of meditation in the treatment of many common medical conditions.

FREE Tele-seminar

If you need more instruction on how to teach your patients how to do simple meditation/stress management techniques, I’ll be providing a free, live tele-seminar on Thursday, August 6, from 8 – 9 PM (PT). I’ll review the strategies I taught you at the workshop and will add other tips and techniques I haven’t taught before.

There is no pre-registration necessary!
