* Reviewing the therapeutic guidelines of Stress Management Therapy.

IV How Beliefs and Behaviors Minimize Stressful Reactions  11:00 am – 11:50 am

* How people with flexible and resilient brains can adapt to adversity by positively altering their psychological and physiological relationship to stress.

* Using a method to help your patients find their unique, innate intelligence.

* Review evidenced-based science which helps patients quickly relax their over-active minds so they better respond to your care (epigenetics, neuroplasticity, biophysics, and stress management).

V Implementing Stress Management Techniques (Part 1) 1 pm – 1:50 pm

* Understanding the popular neuroscience equation, “Neurons that wire together, fire together”, and transforming that neurological truth into practical, effective stress reduction methods.

* Using the practices of brain coherency to show you how to prevent your patients’ brains from secreting harmful stress hormones and instead induce their brains to secrete the “happy hormones”. This way, they can remain clear and calm.

* Practicing 10 evidenced-based stress management techniques that require only 1-3 minutes of treatment room time. These techniques will focus your patient’s anxious brain so that it can relax and rejuvenate itself – regardless of what’s happening in the patient’s environment.
